  • Provide interim support for the Manager of Group Marketing & Attendance Building position by
    developing client's microsites and overseeing the approval process for marketing tool utilization

  • Provide administrative and project support for the Convention Services department, including detailed
    research, computer data entry, managing client inquiries, and overseeing the generation and maintenance
    of itineraries

  • Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely entry, verification, and review of
    timekeeping data, making corrections as required

  • Support the Tradeshows & Events Manager in the planning and conceptualization of ideas for high-profile
    corporate events

Walt Disney World | Disney College Program

  • Build and maintain relationships with Guests and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide
